CIPR Activities   |   Research and Publication

CIPR functions as a source of information on key developments in IP and copyright protection in the region. CIPR undertakes a wide variety of opinion and economic research, including fiscal impact studies, which quantify the real costs of intellectual property rights violations to local and federal budgets. We also conduct opinion research surveys with leading businesses, as well as consumers in the region.

CIPR co-counsel has prepared comprehensive Bench memoranda for the supreme courts and arbitration courts of all the Baltic States and many CIS countries. CIPR’s studies have received a wide degree of media coverage in the region.
