CIPR, in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Commerce Commercial Law Development Program, hosted eight Patent and Trademark Office officials from Russia (led by Rospatent General Director Alexander Korchagin), Ukraine and Moldova. In addition, CIPR received a grant from the Library of Congress to host the visit of a delegation of Russian Duma deputies focused on intellectual property issues.
