Mission

CIPR's mission is to advance intellectual property rights protection, enforcement and reform in Russia, Ukraine, and the Baltic States and in other countries of the region through public-private partnerships.

Through education, legislative action and legal reform, CIPR works with its government and private sector partners to establish transparent IPR regimes that adhere to international standards. CIPR’s guiding principle is that governments and the private sector must work together as partners to achieve effective intellectual property rights protection and enforcement.
